RETURN & REFUND POLICY

It is our business to maintain long-term relationships with clients. Therefore, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately at info@eurocentrichandbags.com. We will instruct you where to return your bag(s). Do not return to sender. You must contact us before returning any items in order to receive a refund or exchange.

Return/exchange with us is very simple. These are the steps that you would take

• Contact us at info@eurocentrichandbags.com before you ship any returned merchandise. We will then send you an email giving you the address to return the bag to.
• Return your merchandise within 7 days of receipt at your expense.
• Provide us with a tracking number so we can track online the returned merchandise.

**The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

You must send your insured package via courier of your choice at your own expense to us and provide us with a tracking number in order for an exchange/refund to be issued. Merchandise must be in "new and unused condition with all accessories" to be acceptable for refund or exchange. Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, Eurocentrichandbags.com will refund your purchase price less shipping cost and 10% restocking fee in the same form in which payment was received (i.e. refunded on your credit card) and may take up to 7-21 business days after receipt of the goods to show up on your credit card statement. In the event of an undeliverable or refused package, you will be responsible for any fees associated with the return including a 10% restocking fee.

CANCELLATIONS

After you have your merchandise in your shopping cart and you have clicked the SUBMIT button, your credit card will be charged. Orders can be cancelled by e-mail request within 24 hours. However, we sometimes ship first thing in the morning if  you placed your order late in the day, sowe may have already shipped even if you call within a 24 hour time frame. Payment will be refund less a $25.00 refund fee. Once order has been shipped the order may not be cancelled.
