Eurocentric Handbags ships all orders usually between 24 - 48 hours, during the business week. In the event that you place your order during the weekend or public holidays we ship on the Monday or Tuesday following the received order.
Your handbags or wallets will be sent to your door. You will receive one Shipment Confirmation email per shipment with your online Tracking Number and respective courier online tracking link. You can track your package(s) online by entering the tracking number on the courier site.
We are not responsible for any import tax (if applicable) charged on your package.
After you have your merchandise in your shopping cart and you have clicked the SUBMIT button, your credit card will be charged. Orders can be cancelled by email request within 24 hours. Payment will be refunded less a $25.00 refund fee. Once the order has been shipped the order may not be cancelled but it can be returned once received in line with our Refunds & Returns policy.
Your Part in the Process
When placing your order, please make sure you enter an accurate and correct shipping address, contact number and email address. We are not responsible if you provide us with an incorrect or undeliverable address. We ship only to the credit card billing address unless a secondary shipping address is registered with the credit card company. If your billing address is a P.O. Box then you must provide us with a physical address by email in order for us to ship your merchandise. Handbags and other accessories are delivered by courier. Please provide an address where an adult will be available to receive the package.
Orders made within the USA are processed via UPS, USPS or FedEx (at our discretion).

Orders made outside the USA are processed via USPS EMS, UPS or FedEx (at our discretion).

Please note that USPS does not provide full tracking information for Priority Mail shipments. The United States Postal Service does however provide delivery confirmation status. This means that once your package has been delivered, and possibly at one or more stops between drop off at the post office and delivery, your status will update. Please give the USPS a normal delivery time to deliver your package.
Customs or Import Duties
In some cases, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. In case there are any additional charges for customs clearance, they must be borne by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Custom policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from EurocentricHandbags.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Please be advised that your country may add a tariff or duty to the parcel. The buyer is responsible for any and all additional destination tariffs.
As we are an online store, sometimes the inventory is depleted before we have had a chance to update the system with available stock. In the rare event that a designer accessory is out of stock, we will notify you by email and provide you with the opportunity to wait for the designer accessory to be back in stock (if available), to choose a different designer accessory or to refund your order.
