I ordered this bag for my girlfriend to be delivered on Tuesday
of last week. Through a problem with your companies shipping department it was
not delivered till this past Saturday. I raised all sorts of hell through your
e-mail, phone about where is it. David your representative who worked with me are
a true professional and made me feel like he cared. Your shipping leaves a lot
to be desired, but, my girl is extremely happy with the Gucci bag and loves it,
which means she loves me. David deserves and atta boy for putting up with my
anger and never losing his cool. My thanks to David with your company I

Hi, I bought a Gucci bag for my wife, as a wedding anniversary

the service. We can even talk to them directly ,not like some other
